During the school day, students are to first receive teacher and office permission to use the phone in the office. Use of the office phone should be defined to school-related matters. Cell phones are not permitted for use in school after 7:45 a.m. You are not allowed to text or call during class or while passing in the hallways. If it is necessary to bring a cell phone to school it cannot interrupt the learning environment. Electronic devices such as, Kindles and Nooks may be used at the
discretion of the classroom teacher.
Students are not allowed to have their cell phones out at any
time during the day, unless you are given prior
permission from a staff member. If a staff member sees you with your cell phone out, and you did not get prior approval your phone will be turned into the main office.
-First offense the student may pick up their phone at the end of the school day from the main office.-Second and any offense thereafter a parent/guardian will need to come into school and pick up the cell phone from the main office.
