August 31, 9/7, and 9/8 are Autism Awareness Assemblies.  The 6th graders will go on 8/31, 7th on 9/7 and 8th on 9/8.  In honor of these assemblies, these three days are Autism Awareness Spirit Days.  Feel free to wear blue or your Autism Awareness t-shirts on your day or those days.  Thank you for your support of the Autism Community and all communities represented at Washington.

Do you have an old digital camera that is just collecting dust in a drawer at home?
Please consider donating it to the Washington Middle School Photography ELT!
We have many students who are anxious to start taking photos, but not enough cameras to accommodate everyone.
If you or your parents/grandparents/friends/etc. have a digital camera that you are willing to part with, please drop it off in the Washington main office--Attention: Mrs. Lange.  Thank you!
